By booking a service with Gear Guard Sanitization, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All equipment must be completely dry at the time of drop-off.

Any equipment that is damp, wet, or contains moisture will not be serviced.

No refunds will be issued for equipment that is refused due to being wet or damp.

Wet equipment will require rescheduling and a new booking.

Personal Items & Bag Contents

All personal items must be removed from equipment bags prior to drop-off, including but not limited to: water bottles, tape, towels, clothing, accessories, and valuables.

Please only include items intended to be sanitized.

Gear Guard Sanitization is not responsible or liable for any missing, lost, or damaged personal items left in bags or equipment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in no refund.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

All bookings are non-refundable if terms are not met.

Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments, late cancellations, or equipment that does not meet service requirements.

Acknowledgement

By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
