Drop-off is available anytime during the day of your booking, at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Contact us if you need special accommodation.
Please note: We will do our best to receive your gear outside of business hours when weather conditions are not clear; however, we are not responsible for any gear left unattended outside of our buinsess hours.

Your gear is ready for pickup 20 minutes after your scheduled time on the day of your booking. Feel free to drop off your gear at any point on the day of your booking (prior to slot) or drop it right on queue and then run some errands which the ozone process cleans your gear.
Yes, ozone is safe when used properly and breaks down naturally into oxygen after the cycle completes. Unlike sprays that mask odour and leave chemical residue that can be absorbed through your skin when sweating, ozone penetrates gear to help reduce bacteria at the source — with no chemicals left behind.
